A fruit bowl watermelon carving.

 I think this is my finest carving since I've been doing it. I spent a couple hours to complete it. I carved this for my instructor who is such a great instructor and so dedicated to the student's success.

This isn't just carving, it's a watermelon bowl. I carved the whole thing and then sliced the top part open to make a lid.
