This was an order from a lady for her son's graduation. He graduated from high school so I had to come up with the idea and design that was more fitted with the teenage boy.

Fruit Carving Demonstration for District Career Fair, 2014.

I had been preparing different style of fruit and vegetable carving to display at the District Career Fair on May 30th a week ahead of the fair. We had a good turn out. People who attend the fair really loved out booth. We were the most crowded booth.

These were carved watermelon, honey dew, and cantaloupe. The small ones garnished around the centerpieces were carved beetroots, carved zucchinis, and turnips.

Closer look of the garnished flowers.

From the right to the left were carved papaya, kohlrabi, and cantaloupe.

Heart shape watermelon fruit bowls.

These are my latest fruit art sculptures. I carved them for customers who were giving them as a birthday and an anniversary gifts. The heart outline really seems to bring out the beauty of the roses inside.

It's all about the cantaloupe.

Display for the events

I carved this to display for the event at the school. I first carved the top half of the watermelon and turned it into a lid for the fruit bowl.

This large watermelon fruit bowl can feed up to 8-10 people. It was our popular Mother's Day gift.

We set up an event display to promote our Mother's Day special. We used watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew for this event.

Butter nut squash carving

My first time trying to carve a vase out of butter nut squash.

Carving for the school event.

I carved this for the school event, Teacher Appreciation's Day. This one was a little harder than I thought and more time consuming because the school logo was very difficult to carve and the size of the watermelon was large.

Mother's Day carved watermelons.

This one was an order from a nice daughter-in-law for her mother-in-law as a Mother's Day gift. She was so happy and satisfied with the nice and unique gift.

A gentleman asked if I could carve him something nice for his wife as a gift for Mother's Day. This is what I came up with.

This one was my design for one of my customers who is so flexible and just wanted something nice for his wife.
